Solved: ATA 191: MPP to On Premise(CUCM) firmware

CUCM 12.5

ATA 191 is not registering with CUCM, when I checked the ATA web page, found that ATA has MPP firmware "11-1-0MSR3-9", is it possible to change the firmware to on-premise (CUCM), I have not found any documentation specific for ATA 191 regarding this concern.

No, unlike IP Phones, the ATAs cannot be migrated, reach out to the vendor and discuss either returning it or swapping it for one with enterprise FW.

Can I ask if the reverse of this also true ? So I need to convert from current ATA191.12-0-1-29.loads (registered to on-prem UCM) to MLPP load so I can then register it with MS Teams phone system ... thanks.
