ATA and hp k1220 problems

Dear all,

somehow I have problems if I use an ATA and a hp k1220 fax. if I send to the outside world it works, but if I send internal (via callmanager) I get an communication error (error 386).

any suggestions?

(it seems I also have this problem with a canon g3 fax)

Have you tested other fax machines with the ATA? One thing to keep in mind is that the ATA can only operate in Fax Passthrough mode or Fax Mode, both of which are different than Fax Relay

I have replaced the HP fax with a canon fax. this does work.

but unfortunatly I still hava lot of hp faxes, and I don't want to replace them all..

I've turne off ecm. but still problems. Are there settings I need to change on the ATA?

I did find some information, but those are different pages then the one my ata has.

suggestions?

btw.. I have version :3.2.3 SCCP runing on my ata

it sometime comes trough though.
