Hi! I am trying to get a new ATA122 working with an HP fax machine and our new VOIP service with RingCentral. The phone line goes from the fax machine to the ATA122 and the ATA to the internet. If I retry an outgoing fax enough times, it will eventually send correctly. But it takes at least 10 tries, otherwise it gives up with a communications error. The fax always appears to connect, but it fails during the sending process. The HP fax error is "Comm Error 345", which means means "poor line condition". Does anybody know the magic setting to get this thing working consistently? Thank you!
