Attendant Console 8.6.1 - 4 Users are not displayed in the Full directory section

Hi Everyone,

 

We have an issue where the operator using the CUAC is not able to see 4 users in her full directory section of AC, these users are synched with LDAP on CUCM also Users can see these users via phone corp directory.

Please suggest any solutions also will restarting the 'Cisco Unified Attendant LDAP Plug-in' service possibly fix this issue and what will be the impact of the restart.

Hi Mavinkul, First cucm end

Hi Mavinkul,

 

First cucm end user device association & primary extension for those users, check device owner user id in device phone page as well. Then in CUEAC directory synchronization option set date & time for resync directory. 

Insha'Allah this will resolve your issue.
