This problem may Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/opt/cuma/conf/uma-prx.keystore (No such file or directory)
The keystore file should not be in the /root directory. The keystore file should be at /opt/cuma/conf/uma-prx.keystore
The first place to check is the /opt/cuma/logs/proxy directory on the proxy server. This contains the log files from the proxy service.
The most common problem that causes the proxy to fail to start is an invalid or improperly installed SSL certificate. Check that the certificate keystore file is installed in the correct location. The second most common problem is that the proxy can not communicate with the CUMA server's Admin port.
