Hello everyone. I was wondering if you have to purchase a license for the attendant console in a communications manager purchase?

No Mike, it is a free client.

You should be able to download it from CCM Admin - Application - Plugins

Keep in mind that on CM 7 the plugin is no longer supplied on new installs (it's still there on upgrades). I know it was suppose to be posted on CCO for download for customers who install fresh CM 7 and wish to use it.
