Hi Tech people,
I have have the following environment:
1- CUCM Publisher & Subscriber
2- Attendant Console Server Publisher & Subscriber
My attendant console Server is giving me the following error once i verify the CUCM connectivity with attendant Console Server: LAN connectivity is ok between all servers.
Attendant Console Server Error:
Status error, Error code 9650, Call Manager version not detected.
CUCM Connection failed. please check the connection detail and try again.
i restart the Cisco CTI Manager Server from CUCM and all Services on Attendant console Server.
cucm version: 12.5.1.1000-22 & Attendnat console version : 12.0.5.1823
