Why can't I log into the Attendant Console web interface?
We are having an issue with name not showing up when you search, so we rebooted the server, now we can't load the web page?
Also, why would names not show up in the list of available users? if you search by name, nothing comes up, however, if you search by extension the names populates?
I would think this uses the same DB for both look up types?
Any direction would be helpful....

Let's start by mentioning what AC you're talking about and version.
I assume you mean the admin interface, right?

I believe it's 8.5 or 8.6, and yes the admin interface...

Take a look at the app log and make sure the web services are started in the AC machine
