I have set up attendent console and it isworking correctly for the most part. The part that is not working is after you put your user name and password in, the software loads. It then shows my lines and I can make/receieve calls, even when I "go online" in the attendent console software. Going online in the software doesn't make a difference. What did I set up wrong that it not allowing the go online/go offline feature to work as expected?

Did you associate the device with the ac user in the global directory?

Yes...I did that. But should the device be associated with the AC user or the ACDeviceAuthenticationUser? I am running CCM 5.1.
