I'm currently running CUCM version 10.0.1 and I'd like to be able to tell if IP Communicator accounts are being used. Is there a way to audit the accounts to see when the last time someone registered with CallManager?
Thanks Jamie. Would that show what device was making the call or just line usage? I have a lot of users that have both a hard phone on their desk and IP Communicator on their laptop.
Still looking for a good answer on this..... I need to keep in compliance with my licensing and knowing if IP Communicator licenses are actually being used would help.
