Hello,
I have a 3rd party IVR vendor who would like a DN they can call, have it automatically answer the call and automatically put it on hold. He needs to be able to have an audio stream at any time, which is when he would call.
I was thinking I could use a test queue in UCCX which would just put him on hold, but if there's a way for me to set up an extension this way on a phone in call manager, I'd rather do that to keep my test queue available and just to not have to use UCCX resources.
Any information is greatly appreciated.

In CUCM it would be the same thing, use hunt pilot queuing to accept the call and put it on hold, and you'd also need someone logged into the line group for that to work.
