Auto Answer/Intercom internal calls only

Is there any way to set up Intercom so that it only works on internal extensions. Outside calls coming from the Auto Attendant should ring the line. I figure I may have to do it with two seperate lines, but was hoping I could use partitions or some other means.

I was thinking second lines before I read two seperate lines. I think that would the best option because you can keep those line seperate from the your primary lines.
