Auto Answer or one call to all the phones by speaker (Intercom)

Hi All,

I looking for a feature that allow that one phone can dail to one extension that this allow auto-answer forced, it is for emiting a corporate communication to all the office (like an Intercom ). I tried autoanswer but this doesnt work for shared lines. CUCM 4.1.3

Have you taken a look at Informacast by Berbee? There is no native feature to do what you want, certainly not on CCM4, but Informacast is built to do just that and will run on a CCM4 network. It does require a seperate server, but at least it is possible.

Intercom functionality has been added in more recent versions of UCM; however, it is still one-to-one. UCM does not provide a one-to-many paging mechanism. You will need to evaluate third-party products. My favorite is SynApps SA-Announce (http://syn-apps.net); however, there are many others available.
