Dear Nipun,

 

Here is the complete debugs, when i have dialled 3214 (aa pilot) the number is showing on the phone display. After few seconds its automatically getting disconnected without any intimation (fast busy or engage or nothing happening)

Nope still not complete. Same thing as before. Can you not take these in a buffer ? Also increase your client scroll back ? It will hardly take additional couple of minutes.

I have ran the logs, waited for 2 min. Dialled twice. Please take a look at it.

Make the following changes and then test again -

dial-peer voice 30
no session target ipv4:192.168.1.200
session target ipv4:192.168.1.100
dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

What was the behaviour this time ? From the logs I can see that the call was handed off to the service

Can you try with a SCCP phone once or maybe try calling in from PSTN ?

in the 3905 ip phone when i have dialed the number it shows the number dialed, and then after 2-3 seconds it goes blank.

Did you try from a sccp phone or pstn like I asked in previous post ?

Yes still the same with SCCP also

That's strange. I see the service being handed off. It might be an issue with the TCL. Remove the existing configuration for both the queue and AA. I have highlighted the changes in bold -

Post the above, do the following -

call application voice load aa

call application voice load queue

 

Test the calls after this. We basically now use the IOS built-in embedded TCL rather than the ones in the flash.
