Auto Attendant of Cisco 4321

Dear Experts,

We have a 4321 router with CME setup. It is ordered with only 4GB RAM and 4GB Flash. Now I need to setup the auto attendant on this router. I tried Cisco BACD which is not at stable ( Some times play prompt some times not). We would like to have CUE virtual on this router. What are the part numbers for RAM & Flash upgrade, and the mSATA SSD?
