Auto attentand in CME 8.6

Hi!

I want to know if is possible configure a IVR in a CME 8.6 with ephones 6921 sccp.

I found the auto attendand feature, but is it possible in cme 8.6? when an incoming call arrives, a locution must indicate for X department press 1, 2 for another and so on, is it possible? and how can i reach this?

Yes, that is called B-ACD/AA,

Just enter B-ACD/AA in cisco.com search box and you will obtain all the links.

From there you can read and learn how to do the prompts.
