I have the following configuration request:
We are migrating the current custumer’s PBX to the Cisco Collaboration system.
Currently, the client has an emergency extension number configuration, functioning as follows:
- Users call a 7000 emergency number, where the phone is located at the company's concierge desk. The Security guard answers the first call as a common call. If a second user makes a call to the emergency extension number, the second user should automatically join in the conference. Not ringing like a second line and any other physical intervention. This automatic conference must occur for all calls that are made to the emergency emergency extension number.
Is that possible?
Tks.

No, we have no native method to do what you're asking.
There is no way to call a phone directly, and automatically create a conference if someone else calls the same number.
