[b-acd cme9.1] call cannot resume after hold

Hi!

There is one interesting issue, that arises at the end of deployment of b-acd script on cisco 2921 with cme9.1 (ios 15.3).

After call successfully transferred by b-acd to hunt-group and relevant phone (example, cisco 8961) answeres a call and Then put this call on hold, this call cannot be resumed. Moreover, there is no chance even to drop the call from that phone, there is no chance to initiate new call from that phone either. Other phone (other side, tested both internal calls and external) heares MOH. If other phone (other side that initiates a call) put the hook on phone, call on Cisco 8961 disappeares and Cisco 8961 starts work as usual.

Relevant config and debug are in attach (debug voice ccapi inout, debug ccsip messages, events etc).

Version of CME is 9.1

Version of IOS is 15.3(1)T (also tested in 15.2 - the same issue)

Version of b-acd is 3.0.0.2
