B-ACD not working

Hi All,

need help related to b-acd, i am new about this.

if i call to pilot number, there no tone then call disconnected

already configure based on cisco doc:

Hi,

yes, already solve the issue. what's your problem?

maybe you need to check the dial-peer and b-acd config.

Hi Anju,

On callq application you are missing a couple of params:

param maxHuntGroups 30
paramspace english prefix en

Than also remember to load all audio prompts by issuing the command audio-prompt load flash:filename.au

Please also post the output of a show call application session.
