Hi,
I've just started to setup B-ACD on my 2801 router with CME 7 and I'm experiencing problems:
1) When the AA services asnwer the call and I type the number of any hunt groups, the extensions belonging to this huntgroup aren't ringing. I can only see the extensions showing"1 call in queue" but I don't know how to capture this call.
2) I would like to just type the extension on AA at any time, but I just could put the extension at any time direct. I could only do a setup in which the user must enter "5" before and then the extension. You can direct digital extension without the "5"?
3) Also, I would like to configure if the persons who's calling does not type anything, the call is was forwarded to an extension 200 who can trasnfer this person. How can I do this?
