Hi,
I have configured BACD for auto attendant and my pilot number is 3060 and my connectivity to the PSTN is Sip Trunk using G711alaw Codec. When somebody is calling to the main DID from mobile or any other copper cable pstn network, the answer machine will answer the call , but somebody call from the same PSTN sip network, the caller hear busy tone. Can anybody please help me to resolce the
