This is what i want to do:
TELCO<---> E1(R2signalling)<---> Pri1/0 -- VGR1-- Pri1/1<--->CROSS CABLE<--->Pri1/0 -- VGR2<----> CCM2 <----> IP Phone
I have a E1 trunk from Telco terminating on Pri1/0 of VGR1
I want to forward calls for some DID numbers to VGR2 which will then forwards the calls to phones registered with CCM2
I used a cross cable to connect R1 back to back with R2 via the PRI ports
I succeeded in receiving Calls on phones registered with CCM2 but failed to place calls However i failed in placing a call from these phones.
When i place a call the call is sent from VGR2 to VGR1 and then drops. VGR1 does not forward the calls to Telco
I will appreciate suggestions and helpful configuration guides.
