Hi VoIP Guru's,
I got a report from one of our agent, she told me that the call she recieved suddenly dropped. Aside from CDR, how can I back track from VG to check the cause of the drop call?

How can I troubleshoot a drop call if the report happens yesterday? aside from looking at CDR, is there other way I can do trace/check the cause of drop call?
