Background phone 7962 on CUMCE ver. 4.1

Is it possible to change background image on IP phone 7962 in CUMCE ver. 4.1. I'm trying according different guides which are published on this forum and without results. Maybe it's a CUMCE 4.1 version problem (too old).

You can try attached process but for Cisco 7962 Phones. The attached process is for 8800 Series Phones. So, make sure to select correct file format, directory and path.
