Is there anyway for us to upload the background image and xml file into CM8, and configure the URL in order for ip phone to have the specific background/wallpaper when first bootup
You cannot have the image boot up with the phone. You need to manually set it by pressing settings>User Preferences>Background images
To load the image onto the phone you need a tftp client on your machine which you can grab and edit the list.xml file with, you need the images in the right format then upload to the right directory.
