Bad quality calls to an external number via SIP trunk

Hi,

I'm working on CUCM 9.1.2, I got two users from the same site (Spain) having hard time trying contacting each other via a chat room in another

country (Schwitzerland), knowing that calls reach internationl numbers via a SIP Trunk.

The two users are experimenting bad quality voice: the voice cuts for a small amount of time (a half second give or take) repeatedly and the call is ended.

I've checked on the CDR to analyze 10 calls made to that chat room in one hour, I've found out that:

- Calls are made for a short time with a good quality  MOS=4.5

- the termination code for this calls  (origCallTerminationOnBehalfOf    and    destCallTerminationOnBehalfOf) was 12 which mean the device is the one who ended the call: 50 % of calls were terminated by the destination device (the external destination) and 50% of the devices were terminated by the originating device.

- there was no packet loss, the Jitter, the delay was almost 0 ms.

Can you give me some tips how to resolve this issue?
