Basic IVR (interactive voice response) on Cisco IOS Router 2800

Hi all 

I have a sip trunk and 4 fxo module on my cisco 2811 router.

A and I want to configure a basic IVR on my router but I do not know in which format should I create my sound files and record them in Router (compact flash or USB cool-disk? )

And how should I configure a basic and simple IVR on router?

  Do you have any sample config to share with me ?
