BAT-Adding prefix

Hi all,

I need your suggession for adding site code for existing number.

There are 40 sites in our cluster and some sites are not configured with site code.

We are facing some issues with internal dialing and voice mail creation for overlaping extensions.

For VM,issue is temperorily resolved using seperate VM profile with  mask.

I need your suggession to pull the report using BAT and update the line page.Then upload it again using BAT.

I am doubtfum about the VM config.Is it possible to update prefix with some range of numbers in Unity connection 7.x?

have you tried exporting all your users from CUC (using Bulk Administration), editing them with their new extension and then iupdate them (using a CSV)?

If you are not sure, start off with updating just a single user through the Bulk administration in CUC.
