BAT application --> Subscriber Install

Hello,

It seems that my Bat 5.2.3 has some trouble on my CCM publisher. When importing files, I got an error "Error Number : -2146827850 Description : Object doesn't support this property or Method"

Cool very clear error message.

my question is simple, may I install the Bat application on the subscriber ?

Is it still the Main Database which will be provisionned by the Bat application ?

Hi Frederic,

BAT has to be installed on the Publisher. Here is a clip from the installation doc;

"You must install BAT on the same server as the publisher database for Cisco Unified CallManager."

Hope this helps! I have read others having problems with BAT sometimes did Uninstall/Install to solve these errors.
