BAT on CUCM 10.5.2 SU2a for UDP with Multiple Lines - Add New UDPs

Hi All,

I am trying to add UDPs to the system with Multiple Lines (3 Lines ) and for some reason it is failing with err message  as below:

"wsamuel_UDP DEVICE-LINE Association :: Line : 7903: Error :128 : A Line Template exists with the same name"

I checked in the system and found that there are no Line Templates or DN by the name of 7903 in this case.

Anyone has ever done UDP BAT with multiple lines?

Hi Wilson,

Your're changing the default Line template, that's why it's is asking to create a new template for the phone.

Create a new default template with 3 lines and add it to UDP BAT as the Line Template.

I'm not at my lab right now, but think it should be work.

I have already added 3 Line Templates to the UDP,  yet the issue

You might have a device template that has the DN explicitly assigned. The templates are under Bulk Administration -> Phone -> Phone Template or it could be a User Device Profile (UDP) Template.
