Hello,I have created services and service profile on CUCM 10.5 and assigned to local user (NO LDAP SYNC) in user management>end user, but these users are not sync with CUP i see 0 users in CUP 10.5Any hint for troubleshooting.thanks

Hi guys.I have this issue when some of the calls placed in a E1 have echo.What I have be done so far is to change the command "echo-cancel coverage 24" to the values 128, 96, 24, under the E1 voice port config.But still nothing.Any ideas are welcome
