When someone calls from external numer and I have stored contact on phone (cisco 7940), It's display only number not contact name. How I can change it, i try find answer on documentation but I didn't find anything. 

We have 8941 SCCP phones that do not re-register if a PC/Laptop is connected to phone and we shut/no shut the Cisco switchport. The phone loses its default gateway and cant register. Weird. Any one seen before?Rich
