IP Telephony and Phones

The time on our unity 4.0(5) server is off by an hour.  I tried to adjust it to the correct time, but as soon as I do so I can no longer access the voicemail from the phones... I just get a busy signal.  Does anybody know what could be causing this?

We have several new vg224's that have been installed at remote sites.  No vty password has been set so we cannot telnet into these units.  Is there any way to set a vty password remotely or do we have to console in to each unit at each site?
