I`m looking to set up a lab in our company so to test the different CUCM applications. I understandwith VMWare you can have a bare metal version with no OS or a VM server with an underlining OS - what is the best apporoach and why ?thanks

We are getting sporadic "I am sorry, we are currently experiencing system problems" on one queue.

During heavy call volume times when calls are sitting in queue for long periods of time some callers will receive the message "I am sorry, we are currently experiencing system problems" and then get disconnected. We seem to get this on only one queue...
