Hi guys, If I configure the billing server in CUCM->CDR Management and all CDR data files are exported to that server, the CDR data files are deleted from de CUCM and I will not be able to use the CAR tool for additional call reports??Thanks a lotDav...

Hi all,m into crazy issue with mgcp VG224 some ports not showing correct status, when i dial port it plays busy infact port is available.Even no output from debug vpm signal.This is happeinng on some ports on same VG.Resetting @ VG & UCM doesnt solve...

We currently use Cisco Unity Express 4.0. Can we force callers to wait in queue for an allotted amount of time even though agents (or lesser skilled agents) may be available? How can we do that? With the Script Editor?
