It doesn't matter if the phone is on PoE or direct power, the phone keeps cycling the power. It get to the first light of the boot up sequence, then starts over again. Has anyone else experienced a phone like this?

Resolved! Configuring 7920

Just a quick question...Is there a way to configure this phone without using a USB cable and the Configuration Utility?I've got them on order now but was hoping there was a way to get this 7920 working before they get here.Thanks for your help.

Hi,In my CCM 4.1(3)when I try to run any report using the CAR tool, the reports are blank... all the values show 0.... however I have checked the SQL database, there I could find entries available in the CDR tables...What would be problem ?Regards
