BE4000 Deployment Failure - Contact TAC

ear UC Experts,

 

I deployed a BE4000 (ISR4K) and tunnel showed it was connected, but the Cloud portal showed, please contact the TAC. Actually, I opened a TAC and they said need find Deployment team, but no idea .... Any idea on the below capture screens on my case?

It looks like the required servers are reachable. The BE4K should get provisioned correctly.
What's the number of TAC case that you raised? You can send that as a private message.

Looks like the S/N is missing from the DB. TAC should be able to escalate it to BU and get it checked.
