BE6000 backup / migration

We have started working through the details of implementing VoIP on the Cisco platform. As a part of that we are acquiring a pair of BE6000s but it might be a while before they arrive. Our local rep has provided us a "loaner" unit so we can at least start some of the foundation work for the implementation rather than be way behind schedule. We are starting to work through the configuration on the BE6000.

My question is this. When the permanent BE6000s arrive, will we have to go through configuration ans setup from scratch with each unit or can we make an image of the running "loaner" unit and apply it to the permanent units? We have been told several different stories that this is or is not possible. Is there any "basic" hardware platform specific items that need to be completed such as setting raid and the like before we can migrate the production image.

Just trying to smooth our our learning curve.

As long as the loaner BE6000 and the new one are running the exact same version (you can change the new servers version to match the loaner if they do not match) you can take a backup of the loaner server and restore the back to the new server so that you do not have to reconfigure it.

Here's the backup and restore guide with additional information on this,
