How i would recognize it is BE6M-M5-K9 or BE6H-M5-K9, By entering CIMC i will come to know by HDD and RAM becz BE6H is higher is specs and for more than 1000 users. By without CIMC how can i know, is there any other way.

You can take it from CCWR if you have the Serial number..
