Hi Team,
I am trying to configure a BE7M-M4-K9 in CCW estimates and I am not able to see any SMARTnet total care options except for 3 years. Is this a BUG? I would like to configure 5 years. Plus, why is there an ECMU option??

ECMU is replacement for UCSS and ESW which is actually software Smartnet.

The issue in CCW is fixed now, Please go ahead retrieve the CCW quote again, and you shall see the desired service level in the selection. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Further to what my team member replied.
I double checked, the " Smart Net Total Care" option is reflecting in CCW.
For SNTC, in CCW
Add product --> “Select Service/Subscription”(bottom of SKU) -> Select “+” on “Smart Net Total Care” -> Select radio button on any of the service. This will give you an option of 1-60 months. You can add appropriately.

Hi,
Looks like your CCO ID access might be an issue. Can you open a Case thru My Work Space ?
Basically just click on "?" on the Top Right corner in CCW and select "Open a Case"
put the relevant details and problem statement.
Give us the case number to track.
