Beeping tone while agent on call

Issue:

Random beeping sound for a contact centre agent while she is on call.

 

Scenario:

Cisco 6961 phone registered on the call manager (7.1.5.32900-2).

  • She logs into Zeacom contact centre and the calls work fine, but intermittently she gets a beep while she is on call.
  • Issue happens only with this user as we have replaced the phone/headset/computer without any success.
  • Deleted the user from contact centre, added her again, no good.
  • She is using extension mobility on the phone, and can replicate the issue on every phone she logs to.
  • When we check the recording for the call to hear the beeping, but for that micro second we don’t get anything. Not even the parties on the call.
  • Planning to take a capture from the phone now, but would appreciate any inputs.

just check on line of this user on cucm. there must be an option " Ring Setting (Phone Active) ". check what has been configured there. i guess according to issue , it should contain Beep only. Try changing it and check.

Thanks for your inputs, I changed the setting to disable but the issue still exists.

What is the Busy Trigger being set for this agent. Please change it to 1 if you do not want any call waiting for the agent.
