BIAMP Audia VoIP-2 3rd Party SIP Device Required UCL License

I have a customer that is going to deploy the BIAMP Audia VoIP-2 Card, a 3^rd party SIP device, as part of an audio conferencing system, what UCL licensing would be required?  

Customer is running CUCM 8.5, I assume this would require  an Enhance license, but since it is for conferencing and not tied to a  specific user, can I use a Public license?

Have you managed to integrate the Biamp Audia VoIP 2 card with your CUCM?

I have also customer and wants to integrate the system in the CUCM. What licenses do you used in CUCM? Hows the integration? do you have any issues encountered?

I am unable to get line 2 registered using an Advanced Third Party SIP endpoint.

Anyone have any luck?  The Biamp doc leaves a bit to be desired.

Were you able to get line 2 working? We are having the same problems as well...
