How we can make billing on Cisco CUCM latest version?

You need to utilize a third-party billing application, such as Imagicle, for this purpose. You can generate the Call Detail Records (CDR) from the CUCM, but when it comes to billing, it involves adding tariffs and generating bills with costs. This can only be effectively managed by a third-party tool like Imagicle.

There are other applications available in the market, but I recommend Imagicle based on the level of support I have experienced with them and their product’s stability.

Maybe as simple as using a search engine, such as Google to search for Imagicle.
