blackberry curve integration with call manager 8.0.3.2000-2

Hi All,

I have a requirement in my enterprise where we would require the blackberry curve alloted to the IT dept. to be integrated with the call manager version mentioned above.

Can someone kindly throw some light on the configuration part in full details as well as a proper documentation for the same , would require some proper documentation as this has to be done across all the IT centres globally for the respective firm.

I would really appreciate guidance on this.

i would like to inform that there are other blackberry mobile devices as well like 8800, storm and other mobile phone as well.
