Blf button remain always on...

Hi,

we have a Cisco UCM 8.0.3.

We have note that only one BLF monitored line (monitored from two different devices) remain always on (red lamp).

Also after monitored user leave line free, so phone was in "on-hook" state.

All two supervisor phone (cp-7960 with 7914 extension) remain into same state, for this specific monitored directory number, BLF lamp report an "off-hook" (busy) line. Other monitored number works correctly.

Also when all device associated to this monitored DN (one extension mobility profile, one CIPC and one TCT iPhone) are off or disconnected, this two button remain on...

But monitored line works fine and two 7960 can call this DN with this button...

Any idea....?

How can I reload only BLF service?

Hi,

You can try deleting the monitored DN and readd it. Other than that a CUCM reboot might solve the issue.
