BLF Monitoring a same extension in two different partitions

Hello,

I have an issue with CUCM 8.5.

A user have 2 lines in their phone, is the same number but in different partitions (Line1_PT, Line2_PT).

A secretary needs to monitor his line status, but when a call come in his Line1 extension the two BLF buttons of the secretary turn on (blinking or red) and when a call come in his Line2 extension nothing happens in the secretary BLF buttons.

I verify the BLF configuration buttons on the secretary's phone and is correct.

This works as designed, since the "watching" phone's subscribe CSS drives what can be seen via BLF if 2 DNs are the same in different partitions only the first one listed in the CSS will be visible. Your solution would be to assign different extensions to each DN, may need to consider redesign of how the phone operates, i.e. I am assuming there are some call forwarding from DN1 to DN2, etc.
