I have CUCM and UCCX setup in my environment.
UCCX is used for handling customer calls into my corporate office which also includes the main line.
customers would call in to the main line and then UCCX would have manage the calls to the customer service staff.
I have requests from the CS staff to help block a nuisance caller, as he keep calling the CS staff asking for silly requests.
how do I block this caller from calling in?
I already have the caller number.

Hi yeow_km,
I don't know if you want to block the call in CUCM, as described by Manish Gogna (+5 for that) ... or if you want to block it in UCCX, to get a Report about this kind of calls.
In the second case, take a look on the file that I attached.
