Block Viewing the Called Number after CFA.

Hi guys.

I've got extensions 100, 200 and 300 all in separate devices and all internal in the same cluster.

200 is forwarded to 300.

When I call 200 from 100 I can see in my device that I am calling 300 because of the CFA in extension 200. This is something I do not want. I do not want to see that even if I call 200 my call has gone to 300.

Is there a way to make this happen?

I have CUCM 10.

Thank you.

Hi silva,

Off top of my head don't really think so. It's how CUCM works. You can't modify Diversion-Header for Intra-Cluster calls.

A crazy workaround could be to forward the call to a gateway, then make some SIP Header manipulation to send the call back to the final destination. But it's not a recomended solution.

Regards
