Hi All.
There is a site with BE6KS CUCM 10.5 and PRI line. All users are showing their CallerID as main PRI number. There is a request to block CallerID just for one handset. I'm just wondering is there a quick and easy way to apply a block on one handset?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

You can either put a dummy External Phone number mask on the DN, or you may create a new CSS and partition, assign that partition on a new Route pattern that points to PSTN. The new CSS needs to be applied to the phone in question and it should contain the new partition along with other partitions for internal calling. No other phone should have this CSS. Then apply calling party transformations at Route pattern. Do remember that any calling party transformations on gateway or by Telco will override the config on cucm.

Hi Manish.
Thank you for your answer.
I was afraid that Telco will override my blocked id. i will give a try.

That as you mention, depends on telco, you can try this and see if it works, or give your telco a call and confirm they'll have no problem allowing a call with the blocked calling number.
