Im having a problem with certain users accidentally calling 911. I have a route pattern setup for blocked calls and for 911 call currently and the pattern is 9.@ for both that then routes to a route filter that has the following setup...
911 -
(TRANSIT-NETWORK-ESCAPE DOES-NOT-EXIST AND LOCAL-DIRECT-DIAL DOES-NOT-EXIST AND SERVICE == 911)
Blocked -
(AREA-CODE == 976) OR (AREA-CODE == 900) OR (OFFICE-CODE == 976)
Now what I am trying to do is block the pattern "91911" but still allow "9911" and "911" to be called. I tried adding the area code "911" to the blocked call filter but it didnt work, and Im guessing because it already hit the 911 filter. Is there a way to do this? If I need to provide more info please let me know.
Thanks

I normally configure:
911 pattern
9.911 pattern
both routable ( no Route filters)
create a new pattern
91911 block this pattern.

I created patterns for 911, and 9.911, I also created a 9.1911XXXXXXX pattern to disable what I was looking to disable. Thanks for the reply, I tested and all is working like I wanted.
